You will:

  • Performs treatments as directed by the Occupational Therapist, and document treatments in the medical record.
  • Supervise the direct patient care activities of the Rehab Aids
  • Coordinate patient care with members of other departments and staff within the Rehab Services Department.
  • Participates in resident care conferences, Restorative Team meetings, and Interdisciplinary Team meetings as appropriate.
  • Participates in in-service training programs for other staff in the facility.

You have:

  • Graduate of an approved OTA program
  • Current OTA license
  • Long term care experience preferred.

    Covid 19 vaccination or acceptable exemption required
